How do I hang my artwork?

On the check out page after delivery options, you will be asked if you want a hanging system. If you answer yes, we will add a custom-made hanging system specifically designed for your artwork.

Is a hanging system included in the price?

Yes. There is no additional cost for adding it to your basket.

To what countries are artworks shipped?

Worldwide.

Is my artwork safe during transport?

Yes. Every artwork is shipped with a special protective packaging and we eclusively work with partners of whom we know they deliver our artworks with caution. All packages are insured for shipping worldwide.

How long does it take for my artwork to arrive?

Within 5-7 business days

Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Spain, Switzerland, The Netherlands.

Within 10-14 business days

Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Tjeschia, Sweden.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be able to track it via the tracking code we send you by email.

Do you accept returns & refunds?

Client satisfaction is very important to us. It’s our main goal to satisfy you with our artworks & customer service. Therefor we offer a free returns policy. If for some reason you are not happy with your artwork you can always contact us with your remarks. We always thrive to work out a solution together with you as a client.
